AFK players not to count to the not sleeping players

When players try to sleep, AFK players shouldn't count to currently active players when calculating how many players has to sleep to pass the night

I'd love to do this, although this would be pending a lot of development work so it probably won't happen anytime soon.

We currently use the vanilla mechanic for sleeping which doesn't offer any support for this, so we'd have to find a plugin that suits the purpose and/or update the one we used 3+ years ago that one of our devs created
