[UNBANNED] Miscommunication Regarding EasyPlace

It took me an eternity to write this because Apple's iCloud emails never go through anytime ever, which delayed my forum registration.

Good Evening Java Survival Staff,
I write here due to the fact that I am unable to join the Java World and build my giant Pale Moss Rings. Reasons for banning were not a shock, and honestly I honor Braden's decision to swiftly act regarding a broken rule. However I am here to argue that I did not break a rule, a rule which is vague upon interpretation.
On February 25th, the Allowed Client Mods page was published by the humble NickV. Inside contains the following rules, "Litematica: Every feature is allowed, with the exception of specific EasyPlace mode features, such as the ability that allows you to place blocks in mid-air." Knowing that placing blocks in mid-air was off the table, and possibly other Easy Place features, I decided it would be best not to use Easy Place, a feature of which I am a rather big fan of. Five days later, _NickVo clarifies this rule in game chat, stating that you can use Easy Place, just not "the super cheaty ones, as in anything that lets you place blocks mid-air." Being in the game when Nick addressed this, my understanding of the rule was just to not place blocks in mid-air.
Fast forward to last night, I had started work on my giant Pale Moss Rings (utilizing Easy Place), I was messaged by Atomic Snarl, who let me know that he was getting messages that I had been using Easy Place. I explained to Atomic that I saw Nick state that as long as I wasn't placing blocks in mid-air, Easy Place was good to use, and Atomic gave me the thumbs up to continue. With Mod and Admin conformation, I continued using Easy Place to construct my Rings.
Earlier today, I was building my Rings with Easy Place, making sure to the best of my ability that I was not placing blocks in mid-air. I had seen Braden online, and I had said in the chat that I was using Easy Place. Sometime later, Braden appears in front of me (I think he's a ghost guys) and snaps me out of existence.
Now, I do not paint Braden in any negative light, as the man was simply doing his job. I do believe that I had done nothing wrong in this scenario and ask to continue painting hinoraito's skyline with Pale Moss. I will wait for reply from the Java Survival Staff Team, and if for some reason that my ban appeal is not lifted, than it has been a pleasure mining and crafting with you all.

Hello Shadow, there seems to have been a misunderstanding on Atomic's part on using EasyPlace, as this is strictly against the rules here. I saw that you had told me in chat that you were using EasyPlace-


I wanted to verify your claims, so I watched you for quite a long time (yes I am a ghost), and I saw that you were in fact using EasyPlace and placing blocks mid-air-

I will unban you, and I apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience. All I ask is that you please do not use EasyPlace at all. I will make sure that all staff are on the same page when it comes to this subject in the future.

Sorry Shadow, I was a bit confused with EasyPlace. We're working on cleaning up the allowed client mods list now
