Set mob spawn rate back

It would be nice to set the mob spawn cap back to vanilla, as it's now slow to gather mob items. If it is already set as normal, then delete this forum lol. Thanks!
We now have the ability to change it dynamically (while the server is running)!
We have low, normal, and high. Typically we keep it on high, unless we have 25+ players on
