JavaBot congratulates us upon becoming first in statistic.

Basically, whenever we become the new reigning leader of a specific statistic, let's say deaths, JavaBot will speak in chat saying something like

"Congratulations to JangiGabmeister for becoming the new leader of most deaths!"

with a link to that stat's page for more info etc etc.

I've been looking at the code and config files for the plugin that manages this all day now, and I have good news and bad news.

The bad news:
There is no *easy* way to do this, I may look further into it in the future, but there's no api or anything for us to work with. From what I have found, we'd have to go in and modify the existing code, which seems to be pretty complicated.

The good news:
Due to all of my digging, I have found ways to add custom awards and even timed events! This will be something that I'd like to integrate in the future (especially the events). Let me know if you have any ideas!
